Nova 5 Door Petrol Tanks

in the near future I will be swapping my 1.2 carb engine for something bigger, possibly a 1.6 16V corsa GSI engine.

I know normally poeple swop the petrol tank for a nova GTE/GSI tank with the electric fuel pump because of the fuel injection.
I cant do this because the 3 and 5 door tanks are different and cant be easily swopped around. (my nova is 5 door).
So is there any other way I can sort this? Can I use my existing fuel tank and plastic fuel lines? and an external pump? if so what external pump can I use?

locky just put a 1.6 gsi in his 1.2 5 door

just get a 1.2i or 1.4spi tank

use the 1.2/4 spi tank with a vectra 2.0 pump fitted

ive heard of a few probs running teh original pump including the fuel pressure only reaching <2bar rathter than the required 2.5/3 bar

im running mine on a carb tank and get loads of weird shit happening

anything below 1/4 tank it dies on roundabouts n shit

i hit the bottom notch on the digidash the other day and it was juddering like fuck
