No specific engine code

Application of FAI AutoParts VCK783

should be right providing you are running standard ignition for the e/c16se.

the single carb 1.6 will be a different cam with the lobe for the fuel pump.

it should be the same. are you planning to stick it into an e16se or a c16se?

It should fit fine. Is your old one knackered?

i found this info online a while back :

C14SE/E16SE/C16SE/16SV

- inlet 5.61 mm lift
- exhaust 6.12 mm lift

apparently all have the same lift.
the 16sv has the mechanical pump lobe tho, with a pin drive for dizzy i believe.
not sure what drive the e16 has.
and the c16 has the dizzy end blanked. runs the dizpack

i wouldnt get an FAI one if i were you, ive had some of their parts in the past, and they seem poorly made.
theres plenty FEBI cams available online for reasonable money. probably a much safer bet.

supposedly better to renew the rockers, and thrust pads with them, at the same time too, as they wear to suit over time, and your old ones might be rattly/noisy
