I have a pair of brand new rear plates and brand new hubs I got with my project I don't need

It's true though, they do bolt on opposed to welding plates.

Well yes, its technically right as they do bolt on, but as you know anyone wanting to let their car off the jack after bolting them on will be in for a nasty surprise.
