my gte I saved from the scrappy!!!

This is my new project a gte I got wind of going scrapyard sounds bad I no but the lad had stripped it already sent for shot blasting and was in red oxide!!! It is having to have all usual nova bits done bat tray,arches boot,sills and floor in places so I now have a blank canvas will put some pics up when I figure how to!!

visit a phot sharing site like photobucket, there will be an app or similar.

you then copy the link the photo gets given, and using the icon for post image, (it is a piccy frame with a tree on it) you put the image on a reply, and it gets posted on here

Even fairly large panels can be done quickly when you've got the space / equipment / skill; I like it!

Cheers.bit stuck can someone help my front panal lines up wings fit fine bonnet etc but the front Pannal don't touch the chassis leg ether side on the outer edge but the welded side Ok so is round the head lights is this normal?? :/

. . . I'm glad you've brought this up, as I thought it was just my (shoddily) built SR - but maybe they're all like this !
I have the front end off mine at the mo, but with the front panel still attached - It's exactly the same in that there is up to a 5mm gap between the front panel from top to bottom on the outer edge.
I'm no expert, but mine is certainly all original - hope it helps ?

Not fogot about it lol my garage is gettin there so all good just a quick one b204 in a corsa b can they fit in the type 1 shell No they go in a type 2 everyone says not the type 1 but I have seen a corsa gsi with one in though gsi corsas were type 1 shells and I am confuessed lol any ideas cheers

I've recently fitted 1 into a type 2 corsa, I think you'd have to make the mount for a type 1. Even with a type 2 the drivers side chassis had to be persuaded in quite a lot with a hammer and the radiator has to be mounted quite far foward due to water pump, any problems let me know
