I'm hoping plenty of the old school guys get their old mag features up from back from the days gone by, especially the old max poo days and fast car mags ;)
I've plenty of good memories reading about Novas over the years so would be nice for them to join in on this.

No Mags prob had one pic in a show but the burnout was that big only a tiny bit of car was showing within the crowd was a white 1.8 8V with. Black Gte rear bumper

the Astra was posted on total vauxhall Facebook page few weeks ago got over 3500 likes on it

and my old red nova Gte actualy got into the Haynes Corsa tuneing Guide but think they revised it as last one I looked at it was not there any more

Iain you got a good full feature on yours, you did really well getting that, my old track car got refused, as I was told they have had too many track nova features and didn't want another! lol a month or so later there was another track inspired nova in the mag! I gave up in the end, Guess it was the odd colours put them off.. Haha.

I think they have them lined up for months, so doubt they said no to you and immediately sourced another track one. They said to get in contact if I wanted a feature after putting a pic on FB, so I did. What helped for me is my mate is a very good photographer and did all the photos so I guess it saved them a lot of time and money there!

I think all three of mine (Nova, Cav, GT4) have sneaked their way into various magazines over the years. I'm sure at Billing once a TV bloke asked if I would have been interested in a feature for the Nova, I think laughing in his face and asking why they'd want such a shed in there put the dampers on that lol

Out of all of mine, only the GSi made it into the Hall of fame, With a picture of how it looked at PVS 2007 with its replacement wings etc (was going to be taken to the bodyshop on the Monday after!) and then a few pictures of how it was after.
Might have to stick the Astra in sometime soon!

Mag feature was just before I bought it. Had never seen it until I saw this post and did some digging into when it was featured. Found a copy of Dec 2004 Total Vauxhall on eBay and it just arrived tonight.

I was stood in the background of a Total Vauxhall feature twice. Once for a MIGweb meet & another time for Ian Holmes' GTE.
Not my car though sadly which I always wanted a feature, but it rusted out before I thought it was feature-worthy.

Nova has been in a few of the PNG mag event write ups, a rolling Road day at MiniSport featured in Max Power (I think), in the back ground of Ian Holmes GTE feature in TV and then my Feature in TV several years ago. Been "Credited" in a few features too. I was also at the original Bruntingthorpe Nova group thrash years ago in Adrian Culley's red GSi as mine was off the road having the 16v fitted.
