Project Gte value ??

Hi all undecided of to sell my Gte project but can't find any for sale to get a rough price it's basically a complete car minus engine,box and shafts but do have a 2.0 8v minus gear box for it has very very clean interior 2.0 brakes with braided lines needs battery tray but have the new one and top half of front panel due to being cut for a let also bay been stitch welded any ideas what a rough guide price wud be

It's aint a shell lol it's only missing the original engine has all the full interior in still all suspension & braking system so how's it worth **** all ??? Could you explain
