I think that was for the C16SEi. That was a catalytic converter equipped 1.6 engine. It also ran Motronic management, a crank sensor, AFM and a Carlton 2.6 throttle body.
I think it was a Euro 1 emissions engine that was available before the C16SE. Although Irmscher is known for its tuning it was actually less powerful than the E16 & C16SE.

There was also an injection system available for the 1.3. It was designed by Irmscher and based on the 18E injection system from the Mk1 Astra GTE & early 1.8 Mk2 Cavalier SRi. The main thing used straight from the 18E were the throttle body, fuel pump, ECU and most of the sensors. Irmscher has their own inlet plenum and lower airbox cast in alloy. They also had their own loom made & the air flow meter was borrowed from another Bosch LE Jetronic equipped vehicle.

iirc there was an irmscher upgrade for the e16se, using the larger 18se AFM/ecu from the carlton/mk2 astra, as they used the same L3.1jetronic type of injection.
