Noticed latley when pulling away my nova c20let is bogging down and struggles to pull away. It gets better when warmed up. Ive swapped the lamba sensor no difference. Also checked plugs. Its running eds phase 2 plugs are bcr8es gapped to 0.6. Also when ive stamped hard on the loud pedal and come to a stop the engine tries to stall. Any help would be great.

Check your plugs to see the colour of them.
Check to see if your ht leads are still in decent condition, especially the king lead.
Check the coils got a good earth.
Check the intercooler pipes for any leaks, also your AFM.
Check your timings not slipped.
Check all earths to see if getting a good clean contact.
Check your dizzy, any cracks and rotory arm if worn out.
Any fault codes?
