Is a standard Nova clutch cable good enough for an xe with an f20 box?


For anyone who has followed my luck, yes 1000 miles then 75 later the cable snapped!

Yeah standard is fine, but if it's snapped within a given timeframe of the XE conversion you may need to address the bulkhead hole/angle to stop it happening again.

Thanks, I think the conversion was 2 owners ago so I'll just keep and eye on it.

Make sure it's not at a harsh angle and its not being loaded up by the inlet manifold when accelerating.
