AST3 is fairly lairy tbh, have a look at the kent catalogue. I'd be after £80 ono for it

If it'll work on hydralic lifters it's fine

It's listed on piper's as a hydraulic profile, the AST3 is a hydraulic profile as well and slightly less peaky (2500-7000 vs 2800-7500 for the piper)
