Why would someone ask so much then in your opinion? I do think it's a shed load to spend but it must be worth it for some people I suppose... Not if you want it as a daily though lol

It's a difficult one to price but 5k is what I would be happy to pay.

Agreed it could sell for more to the right buyer instead of building there own.
