anyone know what sort of power a 1400 with twin webber 40s would be producing?

My old one had twin 40's but also kent cam, 4 branch, ported head and full system. After bogg brothers rebuilt it, it made around 125bhp (they don't do gay print outs lol)

Depends on so many things.
Are you using a C14SE, 14NV or 13SB with 12ST pistons. What head and cam are you using. Are the carbs going to be set up correctly.
