it should fit straight in.. sorting out the fuelling will be a bit of fun, as you'll need some sore of controller for the pump & a regulator for the pressure, but it is do-able

Ok mate how about wiring it in? Its carbed and what sort of controller you mean mate

Just a fuel pressure regulator.
Wiring will be interesting if you have pas?
If not theres a guide on here about how to wire in other engines to spi's.Basically you cut aload of wires you don't need, for a carb pretty much all you need is about 8 wires in total if you get rid of the ecu loom wires completely. Not difficult by any means

Shouldn't have PAS if its an 8 valve, so should be relatively straight forward.

Ye its a 1.2 8v shell and how about the fuel pump in the corsa ?

Problem is the corsa obviously runs a electric fuel pump with a fuel supply coming from the top of the pump where as the novas would of ran supply and return from the tank with the fittings at the bottom of the tank gravity fed with a mechanical pump on the engine driven off the cam. So as said above you would need to fit a fuel pump regulator to use the electric pump and you need to drop the fuel pressure as injection runs a higher fuel pressure than a carb engine. The rest you just need to use all the corsa 1.2 stuff drivers and passenger engine mount, same gearbox and linkage then the exhaust might need tweaking. You then just need to sort the ignition side which will basically be a ign+ down to the coil.
