2Litre Engines????

Hey Im thinking about putting a 2litre engine in my nova and just wondered what the best engine and gearbox to go for is??
Any help on this woulde be great.

A 20SEH is my bet, with the F16 sport (Astra GSI) gearbox... Gives you 130bhp fairly cheap. Same engine as 20NE (115bhp), but different camshaft and comp.

If your going to fit a big block engine then go for the 16v one a C20 XE is the prefferd choice, you can use the Astra GTE F16 or the Astra GSi/Cav GSi/Calibra F20 with them it depends where you want the power etc.

Engines vary from ?300-500.
