what would need doing to remove the spi inlet and adding the 1300sr inlet and carb I have in the garage?

Im thinking I will have to chop out all the spi wiring and ecu and just use the basic wiring that came on the car as standard

would I need to change the fuel pump/tank?

any help would be great :thumb:

1.3 cylinder head.
You could use an injection tank and pump but you would need some kind of fuel pressure regulator

No just the inlet manifold and the carb the engine will be a complete 14nv

be easier to swap the tank.

edit: if you swap the tank and carb you will also need the mechanical pump on the engine.

1.3 SR inlet will not fit a 14NV head though, the 13SB has cathedral ports and the 14NV has square ports iirc

i think you mean the 14 ' NZ ' , the SPI head, which has the rectangular ports, and no mechanical pump ?

not sure on valve size's of the SPI heads, but they have awful economy profile cams, so not the best head to start with.
