Speedo cable snapped at the dials side the other night, managed to get a new one from a local motor factors, removed old one, connected new one at gearbox, fed it up through the bulkhead and then connected it inside, took it a quick test drive and I now have a working speedo but you can hear the cable turning, it's actually quite loud? So I pulled it back through and kept trying to re-route it but no matter what way the cable went it still made the noise.
Anyone else ever had the problem? Cheers
