Where is the thermostat in a GTE coz my heaters dont blow warm air so i think it is the problem?

The thermostat is on the timing side of the head. the top radiator house connects to its housing.

the heater is always in "loop" regardless of the thermostat position

if it was stuck shut the car would over heat and stuck open would run cool but even still you should still get hot air

more likely is a blocked matrix or a faulty cable mechanism

if u look on the left hand side of the heater box behind the dash you'll see a linkage with a wire coming out - try swiveling this both ways to see if u get hot air - if not its prolly the matrix

how hard is the matrix to change?coz my car dont over heat.i thort it might have been that :D
