Early mk1 bumper paint

After upol mid greying my bumpers and finding out it's more blue grey than brown I fort I would hand over my brand new mirror backing to my local paint supplier and they come back with this

Has anyone tried it, it looks browny grey in the tin, and I can find any pictures of the colour online

Get a colour chip sprayed and lets have a look.

Looks proper that, is it having a matt lacquer applied?

its already been matt laquered and its still wet in pic as painter left cooked them a little bit but not to much and have been left to naturaly dry in booth overnight will get other pics tomorroe and no i dont have your address rich

I received the colour chip in the post today and compared it to both the bumpers and the new snowplough on my SR and it is a perfect match :).

That's almost the same as my bumper colour, mine I believe is an old opel /vauxhall colour.

Although yours looks good Scott, when it was parked next to the Sport at RR you could tell there was a massive colour difference.
