Engine removal

Going to be taking a 1.2 engine out of the nova next week and I'm after some advice,
do I need to separate the gearbox or will it come out as one?
also if there is any other advice you can offer to make this process smoother I'll be very grateful.

it will come out as one,top or bottom.
An engine crane helps but its certainly not impossible without.
Iv used one once in the dozens of swaps iv done.

We'll I've got a crane anyway, hopefully it shouldn't be too hard.
