ok mega lame problem... in my fezzie i've lost my only immoboliser key so now i got one that opens doors but don't start engine - is there anyway i can get it started - like disable the immob or something? if not permanantly then temporarily so i can get to a ford garage for a new key to be made...

Run two pieces of wire straight off the live battery terminal, first one to the starting motor and if that dosent work put the second into the distributor.

u wont be able to start it without the key in a similar way u need the original key to start corsas n shite when theyve been transplanted into a nova

just remove it and put it back to standard.. most imob installs are shit anyway

If its got an imobiliser in the key theres not a lot you can do really except get it towed to a ford garage
