Thought i would upload some pictures of my nova some of you may know the shell from someone here.

It's been sat in my lockup now for 2 years and i haven't touched it in all that time due to working on others peoples cars before my own :( but now i have decided to sort it out and use it for the rest of the summer (which won't be long knowning my lucky lol)

Im aiming to get it all done by august sometime as done a bit already but never got any pictures.

The engine had a freshen up with all new gaskets and seals and cambelt kit, the gearbox got checked out and new oil seals put in, turbo was sent away to have compressor housing tightened up, brand new gaz coilovers, engine bay seam welded and repainted as well as under the front wheel arches, i have loads more new parts to go on but no pictures as yet, had all new poly bushes front and rear, have new discs and pads, new steering arms, track rod ends, bottom ball joints, pair of brand new lucas headlights, cambelt cover painted in black as well as servo, rear axle powder coated, the list will go on but ill let some of the pictures do the talking excuse the mess at the moment lol

Im doing the wiring loom at the moment hence the mess!

Ill let you guys and girls have a look and see what you think :)

Also got my slam panel back from my painter as well was black previously and looked crap so had him repaint in blue again
http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w212/gary23_2007/DSCN0075.jpg

Next was fit intercooler and front bumper as the bumper i needed to make sure everything was fine and no issues before paint got a little adjustment to make on the bumper then front and rear bumper will be sent off to the painter to be painted in grey and the bottom part of the bumper to be sorted as well as there is a scuff mark, this is how it looks for now but during the winter will try and hide it behind the bumper but for now just so i can get some use out of it after 2 years!
http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w212/gary23_2007/DSCN0082.jpg

Next rear drums will be painted tomorrow evening as run out of paint, the backing plates will be painted as well, have new stub axles and new bearings along with wheel cylinders to go on as well.

The seats are torture to sit in. Need a cushion for anything over 10 minute journeys.

Not been much of an update as of late due to running issues and wiring issues and have been sorting that out more, but on the plus side have a guy coming down tomorrow to set my ecu up and get it running properly fingers crossed as wanting to bring this to PVS if I can get it running right  but will know tomorrow.

Anyway the only things I have done as of late was starting to paint my wheels and bumpers but will get pictures later but as soon as the running is sorted I will continue. I ordered my self a shaft for my equal length but wont get it for 4 weeks

I have more updates guys/girls I have been getting pictures but not yet uploaded as you just stuck in and get on with it.

I finally got my equal length shaft from lmf 4 weeks later now fitted just need the 2 bolts that hold the bracket to the block (if anyone has them spare)
I got all my other bits back from powder coating, hubs, lower front arms, both tie bars. Just waiting on the wheels which should be back this week :d
I finally won a front and rear anti roll bar off ebay at the cost of £100 for both  Rear is fitted
Sorted my oil leak off the oil level sensor on the front of the sump I believe with a blanking plate.
Most of the underside has now been painted and rear wheel arches
All the front hubs have gone back together trying not to damage the powder coated parts :wtf:

I am in the process of priming the front bumpers, and finishing the boot lid as needed to be re filled and painted again
I still have fuel pipes to fit, but looking at re locating the fuel pump and fuel filter at the moment but need to order a bracket for both.
Fit the gear linkage as had to replace one of the ball joint ends with a rose joint due to falling apart the old plastic housing
Put some oil in it and flush it out
Finish off the wiring loom

I will upload some pictures later as there down at my garage but have to hurry my **** as the car is booked in for an alarm to be fitted on the 30th may
