Drivers side seat subframe

Need a drivers side seat subframe if anyone can help. I think there are 2 different types? but not sure what the differences are. Mine is adjusted/slid back and forth with a bar that runs the width of the seat instead of the little lever on one side, not sure if that makes a difference?

The other type slides back and forth but also tilts when going back and tilts up when going forward, like a rocking motion.

So the information I gave is enough to know which one I'm after then I guess.

The one for the rocking seats also has the handle to the left that leavers upwards towards your groin that moves the chair, rather than a handle the full width of the seat ;)
