hi how hard isit to put the corsa b brake servo in a nova 1.3 sr ?

Basically - Dash out, existing pedal assembly out. Move battery elsewhere (wiring etc), cut hole in battery tray floor to accept the Corsa Servo & pedal assembly & base plate. I would advise some form of bracing for the battery tray floor/bulkhead as it does flex a touch when brakes are applied hard.

The pedal will need shortening somehow. I chopped mine to length but there is good advice on shortening the upper box section instead to retain the proper arc of travel & actuation.

Next the original pedals need the Nova brake pedal deleting but a method for keeping the clutch pedal fabricating. I cut off the brake pedal & upturned it to the bulkhead as a support for the clutch.

Aside from plumbing in the brake pipes (Corsa is a 2 port M/C) that is the extent of the job.

If you can find my WIP thread from years back, there is a fair amount of photographs & 'how to' info in it. Overall though I felt it was worth doing.
