throttle cable & manifold help

Hi all I need some help I have a 1.2 mk1 nova and im changing the engine to a 1.4 8v bottom end with a 1.6 8v head running on twin 40 webbers can anyone tell me what throttle cable I need also what exhaust manifold will fit thanks

Gte exhaust manifold, and I think the sytec twin 40 linkage should be ok
