1.4 spi running problem help

Right I'm at my wits end with this car, when it gets warm is boggs down when you rev it and won't even pull off its that gutless. I've replaced dizzy, cap arm leads plugs blue temp sender. It only happens when it's warmed up, it sounds like it's restricted and the Eml comes on and off. Any idea

if the plugs are sooty black, maybe its overfueling via the lamda sensor or something ?

do these engines have an EGR ?

I've changed the lambda sensor and it's still the same and it dosnt have er valve

Have you checked for air leaks, any split pipes?

Yes mate and everything is air tight. I've not had the Eml light Come back on plus I don't know how to flash the codes on these cars
