For sale is my standard unmolested Nova Gsi 1992 62,000 miles
Ive had this car for about 4 years now I bought it in the exact condition its in today, I had the intention of fully restoring it and still want to but just I do not physically have the time, it has taken me 4 years to admit to myself I will never do it. And I have 4 other nova's so reluctantly im gonna have to let it go.
Ok it is what it is really if your on this site you know what a Nova Gsi is and if your genuinely interested you will know all about them.
Its all original apart from one thing the suspension has been lowered that is it. I have standard suspension to fit from my stack of spares tho I am sure you would be fitting new setup if restoring. It does not come with the Spax coilovers Fitted.
Condition
ok im not going to try to hide anything here it is not show room condition and needs a full resto, it is tidy but needs work as follow's
Front panel needs replacing
scuttle panel and battery tray need attention
rear panel needs replacing
drivers door has little rust but can be saved
pass door as you can see in pic's needs replacing
exterior needs going over and full paint job
structurally it looks all pretty good underneath
both splash guards need repair work
rear arches look pretty good even tho the left hand one is damaged its still good
left c pillar needs repairing where boot strut fixing point is but do have a repair panel for that
engine wise it runs spot on and does not miss a beat runs really well
drives well solid and firm on the road
overall it is in good condition but needs restoring,
Little niggles
hazard light switch faulty
speakers have been fitted in to door cards
no rear parcel shelf
being honest here if you were good with body work, you could have this ready for paint and poss get it painted too in two weeks easy if you worked on it solid and engine wise it just needs a tidy up ect... runs to well to start pulling it apart and rebuilding it but that is up to you if you want to do a nut and bolt rebuild. Does not come with floor mats. The best thing about this car is that it is almost a full car only minor bits missing so only few parts to source and the repair work.
