Can I upgrade my camshaft without changing any internals ... And is there a massive power gain in this ?

Had a look around... the most major manufacturers can supply you with a (mild) fast road cam which will run on stock internals & injection system...
Results vary and depend on the rest your mods.
Keep in mind: Cam tuning is bit of an art, future mods can have negative effect depending on the cam profile.
