F10/f13 2.24 gear cluster

Hi all I'm looking for a decent condition gear cluster from a f10/f13 gearbox that has the illusive 2.24 ratio 2nd gear. Any help guys cheers Gareth

You mean the 2.21 cluster......

According to Internet which isn't always true there saying it's a 2.24 but you may be right I read that you also get a 2.28 but never seen one. Te. I sstart to wonder does it really make that much difference over the 2.14 ratio

Yeah I'm sure it's a 4 speed

I've got 8 4 speed boxes no idea on the clusters though not opened any of them

2.21 was fitted in F13 C374 box

F10 2nd gear is 1.9 iirc

( 90% sure mk4 astras with the 1.6 8V Z16SE engine had the C374 box too )

Oppps, I've just trashed an F13 CR374 box to make a table lamp lol

Damnit, it, its a 2.24 2nd gear lol
but tbh its just a normal f13cr gearbox you want if you want the raciest 2nd

Gutted At least its an expensive lamp though can you remember what the box was off

This is a useful resource - its for a Mk2 Astra range but covers most boxes fitted up to 1989.

2.21 is a 4sp cluster out of a mk1 Astra.
