best gearbox for mk1 1.3 sr

what is the best gear box to use in a mk1 1.3 nova sr ? im unsure what gearbox is in mine now and whats the best final drive as i think my box is on its way out its starting to become a problem getting in any gears now and my mate who also has a nova has said theres something wrong as he couldnt get it in gear but clutch etc fine no slip from it at all

Best Set up is GTE/GSi F13 CR gearset in a F10 case with the SR Final Drive
