Mk1 Glacier white 1988 sr 1.3

My mk1, was my first car and I've been in love ever since. It's been in storage for about 4 years. It's all completely standard apart from an weber carb and a few other things.

I really hope do have it on the road again soon.

Should get it out really but got money bit of a daily atm so it'll have to wait. The cortina is a full on lotus one, quite a machine.

Just a quick update. Going to be getting her running in the next couple of months. Run her for a bit and possibly sell her depending on how i feel. Will be going on here first if i decide to sell.

Not been around the car for quite a while now but she's back home and waiting to get on the road again.

Currently waiting for some parts and a full service/check over.

Got rid of the yellow light tint but i was 17 at the time haha. Really can't wait to drive it again after all these years. Will be looking to attend some shows this year too.

She's running sweet once again, made a few changes like removed the yellow headlight tint, refurbished the fuel tank, full service and she's ready for her first MOT since 2010.

It was a hardened o-ring in the fuel pump resulting in no seal for the vacuum.
