Corsa Sport 1.4 front brakes

The standard calipers on my SR have eventually done their usual and seized!lol Going to do the usual upgrade of Corsa B Sport 1.4 calipers and vented discs, but can't remember the size of them. Would I be right in saying the 1.4's were 236mm and the 1.6's were 256mm?

Would a Combo B 1.7d be the same as the 1.4's then?

Yep you want 1.2 16v or 1.4 16v as they are the vented 236mm discs, 1.6 are 256 and not sure on diesel but would have fort they would be 256 or bigger

Cheers for thst. Combos are listed as having 236mm discs as well, but will know for sure tomorrow evening as I'm calling round to hopefully nab the front brakes off it!

yeah I just had a check. says there the 20mm vented type, like the 1.4 sport :thumb:

if your grabbing the whole lot to use, make sure you keep the lefthand, and the righthand side parts separated, or labelled up, as Ive used second hand stuff before, and the discs / pads got jumbled up, and the brakes had no bite because of the mis-matched face wear

Well brakes home, Combo is the same as the 1.4 Sport, now for a refurb and fit to the SR!
