Wanted 1.4 engine and carb engine and ignition setup

Hi all I'm looking for a 1.3/1.4 carb engine and gearbox ill need the wiring harness to run the engine as well. Cheap as possible as I'm trying to build a cheap stockrod to pass the weekends away.
