What spring rates/Lengths are advisable for an 8v track car? fronts are 2.25" adjustable bilsteins with tarmac inserts and rears are Gaz adjustables with 1.9" springs. Car will only ever really be used on track days and maybe a bit on the road. No ARB's at the moment. I was thinking 250lb 10" ones on the front to start with then go from there? cheers jake
