It was about 15 years ago. I sold it 400 and bought a blue nova sr. Also sold a mint mk1 escort road rally car for 1500. But that was the going price around then. Oh well lol

I sold a very tidy Mk2 Escort Ghia for £500 back in 1986..

I also gave my yellow SR away for £1500 when I was desperate for a house deposit...

Nova would be quicker I reckon. My uncle has a decent collection of Fiestas:

Supersport, Mark 1 XR2, and a completely original mark 2 which he has owned from a year old, never out in winter.
