It's that's time if year again , just got my renewal through £400 with HIC

Have seen a few posts regarding Graham Sykes and RH insurance so have just given them both a call , waiting for them to come back at the min

I must say though that the person I spoke to at RH didn't seem vey clued up at all :( but they eventually got all the details so will see what the quotes are like

Another strange thing is that Graham Sykes don't do agreed value on a modified car which I find strange

Lots of places wont do AV on modified cars.

Might be the reason to stay with HIC in the end

Make sure Sykes know that PNG is a paid membership forum. I'm currently trying to explain that to them on my insurance, even though I confirmed blue_peg's membership the other day lol

Sykes got back to me yesterday £25 more then HIC , still waiting for a call back from RH, doesn't seem very good to still not got back after 2 days for a quote :(

Looks like I'll stay with HIC again , £400 including breakdown legal and paying by instalments,

RH actually rang back this morning, asked for more details and said they will come back again lol

Tried Chris knott today andy , but postcode didn't help and she asked what the original bhp was and what it it now 45-166 she said its nearly a 4 time increase they wouldn't be able to quote lol

Finally I've got a quote from RH , and it's actually been worth the wait

£225 inc agreed value , salvage retention and breakdown , that's £175 cheaper then the same options with HIC :)

Just waiting for the email to double check all the info is correct but looks good :)

We are with RH also

all good (and very cheap) but then have not had a claim through them

even included overseas and breakdown overseas

Lol you two were the reason I tried , must admit at first after the not very bright sounding women

And the 4 day wait for a call back I was thinking that they were a bit of a joke

But.... I was happily proved wrong , still not got my email they were sending to check everything though , they must just work pretty slow haha

We have all got used to how it's done instant now and forgot what it used to be like :)
