Electrical running issues 1.2 8v

Every now and again my car starts running really crappy

when my lights are off, they are still on really dim and the indicators stay lit up. Also the rear fog light button is lit up.

would this be a bad earth?

Bad earth try the thick brown wire on the passanger chassis leg ondo the 13mm bolt give it a clean with sandpaper and re fit to clean all earths the gearbox one and the battery one also that will prob fix it

ditto. Bin the earth strap on the passenger chassis leg/gearbox & fit a new one. Buff the surfaces to bare metal. A really good mod is to make another earth strap from the alt bracket to the negative on the battery.
