Hi
so I bought fiberglass side skirts :tard: (Wish I never now) and then went to vauxhall and got the clips to then realise the skirts don't have anything for the clips to attach to. Has anyone used these before and how did you mount them? Are they scrap and I should buy the real deal?
show us the backs.. they probably need bonding on

Ah they are at my mums so can't get any pics but they are smooth so nowhere for the clips to clip to. Dam it I know this so going to be a case of bonding them and I don't really want to do that as I need to be able to take them off.

You just drill them for the sill bolts, paint them, then use stickaflex type bonding etc and glue tape them on..

No...right, im guessing from memory, iirc fiberglass skirts have the same shape moulded so they can bolt to the underside of the car like genuine one would, so drill them in the correct place if thetes not already holes for the bolts, then the top edge etc is glued with a flexible car body bonding glue, you then use masking tape to hold pressure on it until the glue sets etc.
