what is the difference between the dellorto and weber carbs

could anyone tell me the difference between the dellorto and weber twin 40 carbs and which ones the best thanks

Dellorto chokes go up in increments of 1mm so more tuneable. There are other differences in pump jet etc, but it's just down to personal choice.
