DIzzy rattling inside nova 1.2

My nova 1.2 merit is making a rattling noise inside the dizzy. Sounds like something worn/loose. Is there anything inside that can break or wear out. Would it be best looking for a new dizzy?:mad:

Not sure could be. Maybe its that rattling then with wear.?

They rattle anyway, if it's really loud it's probably on its last legs

get on ebay, and ring your local motor factors...

they can rattle for ages before they go, but if they let go, there is no warning & it will wreck the dizzy cap

Right just been looking there are weights inside which must be the rattling. Take it these carnt be adjusted anyway? Will phone around for a new one thanks.

Funny that. I have had just the same problem. Is it a Delco? If so they are like rocking horse s**t. It has been suggested to swap out the 1.2 cam for a 1.3 as there are more Dizzy choices. I may have found a company that do recon, but that hasn't,t panned out yet.

Yeh its a delco mate typical carnt get one anywhere tried a few places.
