you say 'still' spongy.. were they spongy before ?

might wanna check the rear brakes too if so

Previous brakes where ok but just didn't feel right but my mate said my servo is gone as it's seeping fluid out but after I bleed the brakes they where still spongy

if fluid is leaking out, its your master cylinder seals that are shot, the servo only fails if its vacuum seal fails...

ps. obvious question..... but are the calipers on the right way round, with the nipples pointing upwards?

also, are you using new or used pads/discs?

new pads and used discs and yeah they are the right way and how hard isit to sort the master cylinder out etc ? :)

it is dead easy to either swap the m/c or fit new seals. I'd recommend using a pressure bleed to make sure its all free of air bubbles too.

Plus it will be a little lazy till the pads bed in on the disks so that will give reduced surface area till they do
but if your mc is leaking then defo want to find that before you continue
