smoking let.

My c2olet is smoking from cold after a few minutes idiling. Its then intermitantly smoking when hot as well. The smoke is a burnt bluey oily type. Could it be oil sealsor valve stems. When revved it clears for a few minutes then returns. Also switch engine off wait a few mins start it back up and blows loads out.:mad:

Thought so the turbo is a hybrid by turbo technics would it be best sent there for a set of seals? Whats the goin rate for a rebuild roughly? Thanks.
