i need some advice if i should relocate my battery to the boot in my c20let track nova. i will be using a lightweight redtop 25 battery. by putting it in the boot i will lose some weight from the front but then i will have the extra weight of the cable running to the back. what should i do?

I'm planning on putting a Red top 25 equivalent battery either in the pass footwell or on top of the tunnel behind the dash.
Redistributes the weight lower down and between the axles and saves on cable weight.

if its for the track get it on the scales, only sure fire way to make sure you`ve got perfect balance, other wise put it where ever you want as it just guess work as to where it would work best in your car. on my oval car my battery is in the drivers side passenger floor well to help with inside weight but I only have to turn right and we want the maximum weight allowed on the drivers side ( 52% inside weight max)
