The rally boys are the best to ask, but i belive its a setup consisting of a Corsa steering rack with a Saxo power steering pump etc.

Is done quite often and not that hard, will completely bugger your insurance.

its exactly as ben says. saxo electric pump (as there is not much room for a belt driven one)
The corsa steering rack needs to be modified to the correct length and to take Nova track rod ends.
The other option is to use the newer method using the electric motor on the column as fitted to new Corsas/Puntos etc (same system on most of these cars as a company designed it and sold it to a few manufacturers)

I have fitted both systems to cars, both will obviously give you power steering but the Corsa rack is very slow, approx 3 turns lock to lock.
I have the electric column on mine now with a manual quickrack so I get the best of both worlds, power steering and a quick rack.

dont know about a road car but its a big help in a rally car. especially if you have a quick rack and L.S.D
