Do u not just use the corsa sport silicone kit but u have to trim one of the radiator pipes???

Roose motorsport not do them? i used e16se hoses when i did my conversion, think i had to use a corsa hose maybe for the top of the rad thou, was a few years ago now

Oh yeh I forgot the top hose is stupidly designed on the 16v. I think you use a Corsa set then

Yep, the only diffeence between a nova gte or gsi and corsa kit is the top rad hose

Sorted thanks guys so order a GTE/GSI kit and then buy a separate top hose? Is that right

I have to admit that hose with the long line moulded in; I don't recognise. It almost looks like it must go into the small return to header tank outlet on the radiator..? I don't remember this being that complicated :-/
Ideally you want the bottom hose from your GTE/GSi link (it doesn't foul the gearbox mount like if you used the corsa B one) and the top hose from this: (top in photo) http://roosemotorsport.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3_106_110&products_id=289
The rest is just Nova ancillaries afaik. Remind me if the x16xe normally uses a metal return pipe to header from the 'stat..?
