I'm having trouble finding a missfire, it only happens at low revs under load. I've changed spark plug, leads and distributor I have also just done the head gasket new water pump cam belt and new radiator. The engine only runs to 60 degrees. Only been doing it the past two days. Any help will be really appreciated

What's the engine?
C16se
The C16se as fitted in the late 1.6 nova GSI's (some K reg and L reg) had a coil pack not a dizzy
Are you talking about the GTE and early GSI engine the E16se?

Well mines a awkward one it runs on crank sensor but has a dizzy but with nothing in it like the single point injection 1.4s
Its an e then.
sounds like an airlock in the coolant to give the low temp, and probably causes the engine temp sensor to read low and cause problems.
try bleeding the coolant a few times

I know the reason of it running cold it's because me fan switch broke so I hard wired it till I comes but I wasn't convinced the temp could make it missfire cuz I didn't do it for a few days
It may have taken some time for the airlock to move to the temperature sensor...

Well I've bled the system put a new fan switch in so it actuactually gets hot but still does the missfire. Would the thermostat make it do that cuz I know.it's stuck open slightly.
it will be a problem if the car isn't getting hot.
does it have an afm?? cos afm motors have a heap of issues if the flexi pipe has a split
