Removing seat belt rails.

Hello. How is the seat belt rail removed? I've done it before just can't figure it out without breaking anything lol lol. Also how do you remove the plastic covers that go over the seat runner rails.

Any help would be splendid. X

Ah, figured the seat belt rail. But not the plastic on the seat runners.

undo the bolt at the front once that's out its a case of twisting and rolling the other end until it comes out iirc the other end is curled round and its just a case of playing with it till lines up to pull out if that makes sence

The plastic covers are an absolute nightmare to remove intact

Covers have a pin a the front, tap/push it down the the cover will move back and off.
