Yellow pages fella. Most towns have decent machinists or engine reconditioning specialists. We have 2 good places in our crummy town.

We'll I've rung most places near me and they don't do crank and there's one place that does but have had a few things **** up from there so don't mind sending somewhere if it was gonna be done right :)

I have 4 lads who do cranks for my engines. What have you been qouted? And big ends, mains or both?

Just big ends, the bearings are marks but can't see anything on the crank it's self just doesn't feel that smooth, would like it to be checked just for piece of mind then re ground if needed and haven't found anyone yet to do it

Mansfield engine centre do everything mate not sure on price but vinny at Mansfield does my 1300 stockcar race engines and he knows his 1300`s 01623 620826 he wont tell u have something done if it doesn't need it, give him a ring in office hours and tell him potters recommended you
