I think you may also have captured the twerp, who whilst arseing about in his Audi managed to curtail our track time :roll:? Think it was him anyway - if not apologies.

Also we will never know whether I was the fastest Nova on track or not cos we werent recording lap times were we? :wink: and I most certainly wasnt racing cos thats not allowed :o Wotever next?

the pics would of been better if there was no white GSi or Red GTE..
the red GTE went the jet wash in the mornen "first time" washing away and then the rear arch started to disintergrate!!..

ok mate dunno if uve got MSN or whatever but ive done a lot of work caputring analog video sources and making decent rips of em

theres nothing worse than downloading a video and ending up with a thumbnail sized stream at 15fps thats blocky as fuck

if youve not got MSN or ICQ then PM me and tell me what you're using to capture it - if u have then my MSN is below and ICQ is 68756307

u can get minted results with nothing more than a ?40 TV Tuner card and some patience

having the right software helps too

yer well as i said gimme a shout

anyhting lower than a 512x384 stream is shite

u wanna cap it at 768x576 into mjpeg (email me if u need the codec) or huffy if uve got the disk space - your talking about 8gig for 1hr in mjpeg and about 40-50gig for huffy

crop the crap out using virtualdub and run some basic noise filters

resize down to 512x384 using bicubic resampling

encode to TWO PASS divx or xvid and make sure the bitrate is set high enough - you should be lookin at about 5-8meg a minute for a proper video stream
