Those are Quad Conversions (http://www.quadconversions.com/vauxhall_nova_twin_headlight.htm) Mk2 lights, and yes you'll need to find somewhere for indicators.

Alternatively, if you don't want lights that look quite so gash, get the Mk1 lights and fit Mk1 wings along with it, as per my old setup #2 lol
