I have for sale a set of six dial white faced clocks, lockwood white dials. Excellent condition, one clip is broken, shown in picture, but other than that excellent. £40 delivered.

Just what I am after - does it take much to plumb in the extra two dials to work on an SRI?

It should be pretty straightforward, the volt meter will work as is, but you will probably need to change the oil pressure sender on the block for that to work.
